Arnan Raz Quintet is a classic Jazz Quintet : Tenor sax, Alto Sax, Piano, Bass and Drums. Arnan's music can be described as New York's style modern Jazz with influences of Lester Young, Stan Getz and current day giant Mark Turner in addition with influences of American Folk and Israeli music.The quintet's sound/music is very elegant yet energetic, melodic and lyric. It has been described as "cold-fire", and the playing is harmonious and effortless.
Electric Pool smashes different musical worlds together to create a dangerously satisfying party. Arnan Raz (saxophone, loops), Daniel Meron (synths and keyboards), and Pablo Eluchans (drums). Improvisation being their main creative tool, the thrill-seeking trio travels between delicious melodies and sweeping rhythms, incorporating elements of middle eastern music, jazz, electronica, and hip-hop.
Pinch Records is a next-generation record label for music and comedy. Based out of New York and co-owned by the city’s premier recording studio and comedy club, Pinch is home to the most cutting-edge and relevant recordings coming out of NYC today.
