Our goal is to pack your parcel and dispatch your items to you as quickly as possible. Parcels are delivered within a week or less (typically under) depending upon where you reside.
We currently only ship within the USA - but sign-up to our newsletter and keep an eye out for updates as we will soon be available internationally!
Innovoke accepts returns of unworn, unwashed and undamaged product for full refund or exchange within 15 days of original purchase. Items received after 15 days will be refunded via store credit.
Return labels will not be provided. If you need to return an item, please contact us with your order number at admin@innovoke.com.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
